Shipping Policy

We take great care in packaging and shipping all orders to ensure they arrive in good condition.

Electrical Products

For all electrical items, we test the product before shipping. A photo or video showing the product in working condition will be taken prior to shipment and kept on record. This confirms the item was fully functional before leaving our facility.

Shipping & Handling

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package is transferred to the shipping company.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, the damage is the responsibility of the shipping carrier, not our company. Please report any damage immediately to the shipping company and retain all packaging materials for inspection.

We are happy to provide the pre-shipment photo/video upon request to assist with your claim.
